Kodi v17.1 krypton
25/09/2016 · This is currently the development build but I am giving it a test run and found this issue on one of my systems. This stuttering is only happening on my lower end system, my desktop runs fine. The kodi.tv/kodi-v17-1-krypton/ Kodi® media center is an award-winning free and open source cross-platform software media player and entertainment hub for digital media for HTPCs (Home theater PCs). It uses a 10-foot user interface designed to be a media player for the living-room, using a remote control as the primary input device.

You can customize the whole interface of Kodi Krypton, by changing the skin, which makes it easier to have your desired skin on the console.
